The house is in the heart of Cliftonville, recently named the coolest neighbourhood in the UK, while being tucked away on a quiet residential private road with off-street parking for two cars, and just minutes from the sea and Margate's buzzing Old Town.

This is a quirky and characterful period town house, set over two floors, with high ceilings and bags of space to relax.

Suitable for families and quiet groups only.

The space: three comfortable bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), a spacious living room with original wooden floorboards, cool artworks and retro furniture, and a huge kitchen diner with dishwasher for sociable family meals. Victorian-style family bathroom and additional downstairs cloakroom/toilet. There's a cosy reading nook on the first floor.

The house is located in a very peaceful private development in a historic building in trendy Cliftonville, close to cool cafes, bars and shops. We are around 10 minutes' walk from the Old Town, 5 minutes from Margate's famous Shell Grotto, and 5 minutes' walk to the seafront and nearest beach.
